Assistant Professor of Medicine
Indiana University School of Medicine
RAJKOT, Gujarat, India
Dr. Keyur Vora is a trained Imaging Cardiologist and Director of Cardiovascular Trials at the Cardiovascular Imaging Center, Medical Imaging Research Institute (MIRI), Department of Radiology & Imaging Sciences at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Vora has expertise in Multimodality Cardiac Imaging and Data Science Informatics. His clinical experience in Cardiovascular MR, Cardiac CT, including Angiography, and Multimodal Echocardiography techniques, led to his interest in clinical trials on precision diagnostics, prognostics, and rational therapeutics in cardiology. His experience in Multimodality and Imaging-guided interventions (Cath Lab and Cardiothoracic OT) led to his interest in vessel-muscle relationships in the Acute phase of MI and strategies to prevent ischemia-reperfusion injury, with a particular focus on hemorrhagic STEMI.
Dr. Vora is an elected fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), American College of Cardiology (FACC), Society of Cardiac CT (FSCCT) & Fellow Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (FSCMR) with Level III certification. At MIRI, Dr. Vora will continue to lead cutting-edge cardiovascular imaging trials, advancing imaging biomarkers, angiography, and blood biomarker-guided imaging while integrating AI-driven data science to enhance precision diagnostics and therapeutic monitoring in clinical practice.
