Dr. Christopher Lam is a paediatric body and cardiac radiologist with subspecialty interest in advanced MR imaging applications. Following his residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston, Dr. Lam completed a two-year paediatric body imaging and cardiac MRI fellowship at SickKids. He was appointed as a staff radiologist at SickKids in 2017. His clinical and academic focus is on MRI of pediatric congenital heart disease, extra-cardiac manifestations of single ventricle disease, cardiovascular hemodynamics, and lymphatic imaging. In addition, Dr. Lam is actively engaged in enhancing post-graduate medical education, fostering mentorship, and encouraging leadership development for radiology trainees.
