Daniel C. Lee, MD, FSCMR is a Professor in the Departments of Medicine (Cardiology) and Radiology, Co-Director of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR) at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and Director of the Northwestern University Cardiovascular Imaging Core Laboratory (NUCICL) at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He earned his BA at Northwestern University and completed his MD, internal medicine residency, cardiology and CMR fellowships at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Lee is an active member of the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, having served as Chair of the Science Committee and a member of the Program, Clinical Trials, and Registry Committees. His research interests include CMR for assessment of myocardial perfusion, tissue characterization, left atrial stasis, CMR in patients with CIED, and imaging core laboratory analysis for clinical trials.
