Dr. Yuchi Han is an advanced imaging cardiologist at The Ohio State University, where she is a tenured Professor of Medicine and Director of Cardiac Imaging. Dr. Han received her undergraduate degree in Physics from Princeton University, and her medical degree from Harvard Medical School. She completed her internal medicine residency at Stanford University, and her general cardiology, research, and imaging fellowships at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. She holds a master’s degree in clinical investigation from Harvard Medical School. Prior to OSU, she was an Associate Professor of Medicine and Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as Director of Cardiac MRI. Dr. Han focuses her clinical and research work on cardiac MRI with current research areas including real-time imaging in arrhythmias, myocardial tissue characterization, and exercise CMR. She has published over 240 research manuscripts, editorials, and book chapters and is funded by the NIH and DOD. She is the chair of an NIH study section and an Associate Editor for JCMR and JACC. She is a current member of SCMR Board of Trustees.
