Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, The University of Hong Kong.
Course Director of the HKU Cardiac Imaging Massive Open Online Courses.

Dr. Ng completed his medical degree and radiology training in the UK and sub-specialised in cardiothoracic imaging. He furthered his training by undertaking a 1 year cardiac CT and cardiac MR fellowship in Toronto General Hospital, Canada.
He set up the cardiac MRI units in the University of Hong Kong and HKU-Shenzhen Hospital.
He is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance and Journal of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.
Dr Ng is the current chair of the SCMR Education Committee and in-coming SCMR Board of Trustees member.
His research interests are in quantitative stress CMR, diabetes, 4D flow and heart failure.
