PD Dr. Peter Nordbeck, MD is senior consultant of the Department of Internal Medicine I and head of Cardiology of the University Hospital Würzburg, Germany. His work covers the full range of clnical cardiology with a main focus on interventional cardiology and electrophysiology in myocardial and structural heart disease. Main research areas have been in MRI safety of devices and image guided cardiac interventions, and more recently focus on diagnosis, stratification and treatment of (rare) cardiomyopathies and multi-system disorders.
