Paolo Costa obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Genoa in 2020 and subsequently completed his specialization in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Diseases with summa cum laude. His clinical and research activities are centered on advanced multimodality cardiovascular imaging, with a particular focus on heart failure.
In 2023, he joined the Karolinska Institutet (Sweden) as an affiliated guest researcher. He currently holds the position of Honorary Clinical Fellow in the Imaging Department at the Harefield Hospital CMR Unit in London (UK), as well as in interventional imaging (transoesophageal echocardiography) at the Ospedale Gaetano Pasquinucci in Massa (Italy).
