I am a fourth-year medical student at Lund University, Sweden, with a particular interest in cardiology and cardiovascular imaging. I am part of the Lund Cardiac MR Group, where I contributed to AI-based methods for automated atrial segmentation and strain quantification in cardiac MRI. Previously, I conducted research at Malmö Clinical Research Center on beta-cell models, focusing on glucotoxicity, glucolipotoxicity and glucose-stimulated insulin secretion (GSIS). I aim to advance cardiac imaging techniques and pursue a career in cardiology, with an emphasis on research and innovation in cardiovascular magnetic resonance.
