Noor graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2014. She completed her cardiology training in Yorkshire in the UK. She completed a PhD in stress perfusion CMR at the University of Leeds in 2023 under the supervision of Professor Sven Plein. She remains research active with over 27 publications, inlcuding 5 first author original research publications. She completed a prestigious fellowship in inherited cardiac conditions at Barts Heart Centre under Professor Elliott's team. She is the national BICCS/BJCA ICC trainee representative and has a keen interest in helping develop ICC training and cardiac imaging in the UK for cardiology trainees. She has level 3 accreditation in CMR (EACVI), TTE and TOE (BSE).
