Dr. Masaki Ishida is an esteemed Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology at Mie University Graduate School/Faculty of Medicine in Tsu, Mie, Japan. Dr. Ishida earned his M.D. in 1999 and his Ph.D. in 2006 from Mie University. His Ph.D. dissertation focused on "Contrast-enhanced MR Imaging for Evaluation of Coronary Artery Disease before Elective Repair of Aortic Aneurysm". His extensive professional experience at Mie University Hospital includes roles as Staff Radiologist (2006–2009), Clinical Assistant Professor (2012–2013) , Assistant Professor (2013–2019) , and Lecturer (2019–2020). He attained his current position as Associate Professor in 2020. Dr. Ishida also served as a Clinical Research Fellow in the Division of Imaging Sciences at St Thomas' Hospital, King's College London, UK, from 2009 to 2011. He holds a full medical license in Japan and is a Board Certified Member of the Japanese College of Radiology. In 2018, he becoame a Fellow of SCMR.
