Anita Wokhlu, MD, FACC, FSCMR, FASE, FSCTT is a noninvasive multimodality imaging cardiologist at the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, where she serves as a Clinical Associate Professor. She completed cardiology and EP fellowship at Mayo Clinic Rochester and cardiovascular MRI training at Duke. She currently serves as Director of the Noninvasive/Echocardiography Laboratory and Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging Fellowship Director at the North Florida/South Georgia VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. She maintains a high volume practice of cardiovascular MRI, CT, nuclear, and echocardiography. Based on her clinical experience, she has published and presented on multimodality identification of arrhythmic substrate, identification of infilitrative heart disease, MRI interaction with cardiac devices, optimization of stress protocols, risk stratification in hypertrophic heart disease, and assessment of cardiovascular risk in women. She currently serves on the SCMR Publications Committee, on the ABIM Exam Writing Commitee, and as as an Associate Editor of Clinical Cardiology.
