Dr. Rachel Wald is a cardiologist at the University Health Network/Mount Sinai Hospital/Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada and at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem, Israel. She is a Professor of Pediatrics, Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto. She attended medical school at the University of Toronto. She completed her pediatric cardiology fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) and did additional training in cardiac imaging at the Children’s Hospital (Boston, MA, USA). She recently completed an MSc in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Her areas of expertise include multi-modality cardiac imaging, adult congenital heart disease, pregnancy and heart disease.
