• I completed my medical school, internal medicine residency, and cardiology fellowship in Lebanon from 2006 till 2016.
• I then completed 3 years of postdoctoral research fellowship (2016-2019) at the Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart and Vascular Center which was focused on valvular heart disease and 3D echocardiography.
• This was followed by two-years of Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging fellowship (2019-2021) at the Houston Methodist from 2019 to 2021.
• I am currently an appointed cardiologist with the Houston Methodist Physician Organization, and a Weill Cornell Medical College affiliated Assistant Professor of Medicine, with clinical, research, and educational roles.
• My research interests and activities have mostly revolved around the mitral valve, about which we published several papers in high impact journals.
