He has published >600 research papers and recently the 3rd Edition of the textbook “Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance” as part of the Braunwald cardiology series.

He has been awarded a number of fellowships, including in 2014 to the Academy of Medical Sciences. He is a recipient of the Gold Medal Award from the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance.
