I have been practicing patient centered cardiovascular medicine for the last 10 years. I currently work as a cardiologist in Hartford Hospital, CT, USA. I also serve as the Director of Cardiac MRI at Hartford Hospital. I have an academic affiliate appointment at the University of Connecticut, as Associate Professor of Medicine.
My special interests in cardiac imaging include cardiac amyloidosis and myocardial flow quantification, by PET and CMR.
I work closely with trainees at different stages of learning, which I enjoy immensely.
I received advanced cardiac imaging training in cardiac CT and cardiac MRI at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. I am level III trained in cardiac CT and cardiac MRI.
I completed General Cardiology Fellowship at the Metrohealth Campus of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where I also served as Chief Fellow. I completed my Internal Medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio.
I have been with Hartford Healthcare since 2017. Prior to this, I worked as an Assistant Professor, Cardiology at University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY.
