Lucia Guerisoli graduated in Medicine from the University of Genoa in 2020, where she also completed her residency in Cardiology in 2025. Her clinical and research interests are centered on cardiovascular imaging, with a particular focus on cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR).

In 2025 she trained in CMR at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London (UK) under the supervision of Prof. Tom Treibel. She also conducted her specialty thesis with the research group of Prof. James Moon, with whom she continues to collaborate on CMR-related research projects.
