Born in Milan, I initially trained as a theoretical physicist before working across several technical and scientific domains. I founded a machine-learning startup and taught physics at the high-school level prior to transitioning into cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR). I am currently pursuing a PhD at Lausanne, where my research focuses on the development of exotic non-Cartesian k-space trajectories for free-running cardiac MRI.
