Dan Atkinson is a DPhil student at the Oxford Centre for Clinical Magnetic Resonance. He is supervised by Stefan Piechnik and Vanessa Ferreira as well as Margarita Gorodezky from GE Healthcare. He holds an iCASE studentship co-sponsored by MRC and GE Healthcare. His work centres on quantitative cardiac MRI, focusing mainly on T1-mapping and cardiac DTI. He works on method deployment on both Siemens and GE Healthcare scanners.
