Dr. Farah Cadour is an Assistant Professor of Radiology, cardiovascular and thoracic imaging division, at University Medical Imaging Toronto, University of Toronto. She completed her medical school and radiology residency in France along with a Master’s degree in health science (Aix-Marseille University, France), a year of diagnostic cardiovascular and interventional radiology fellowship (Aix-Marseille University, France), followed by a 2-month clinical fellowship in cardiac imaging through the European School of Radiology in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and a cardiothoracic fellowship at the University of Toronto. She also has a PhD from Rouen-Normandie University (France) on cardiomyopathy assessment by cardiac MRI.
Her clinical work focuses on improving patient’s care in cardiac and thoracic imaging. She is the author of numerous peer-reviewed papers and book chapters, and reviewer of multiple world-renowned radiology journals. Her scientific work was recognized through several international awards. Passionate about education, she was a tutor, radiology lecturer, and co-founder of the JURI (Junior of Interventional Radiology, France); and works daily in fostering a learning work environment to pass on the radiological knowledge to the youngest.
