Dr. Keren Hasbani was born in Jerusalem, Israel and moved to Chicago, Illinois at 10 years of age. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, she went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed her pediatric residency at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and her pediatric cardiology fellowship at DC Children's National Medical Center in Washington DC, and advanced imaging fellowship at National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland with a focus on cardiac MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). She now practices pediatric cardiology in Austin,Texas at Dell Children's Medical Center as the Director of Pediatric Cardiac MRI.
