Chengyan Wang is currently a tenured associate professor at Fudan University, China. He received his PhD degree from Peking University in 2017 and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2017 to 2019. He also served as a visiting scholar at the Cardiovascular Imaging Center of Harvard Medical School from 2016 to 2017 and at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2018 to 2019. He joined Fudan University as an assistant professor in July 2019 and became a tenured associate professor in December 2022. Dr. Wang's research focuses on medical image processing, cardiovascular image analysis, phenomics, and artificial intelligence. In the past five years, he has published over 40 papers as first or corresponding author in journals such as Radiology, Medical Image Analysis, and IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging, as well as over 70 conference papers at international conferences including CVPR, NeurIPS, MICCAI, ISMRM, and RSNA.
