Dr. Anthony Merlocco is a pediatric cardiologist and Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee and LeBonheur Children's Hospital and is Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He is the Director of Cardiac MR at LeBonheur Children's Hospital and the Co-Director of the Ethics Committee and Center for Bioethics and Health Equity. He divides his time between cardiac MR with an interest in interventional CMR, parametric mapping techniques, and stress CMR, and in clinical ethics and bioethics education with ongoing research in xenotransplantation, resource allocation, and palliative care.
