Alison qualified as a radiographer from Bristol School of Radiography in 1992 and completed her MR post graduate studies at City University, London in 1998. Since 2004 she has worked in all areas of CMR and is currently the MR Clinical Lead at Poole Hospital, University Hospitals Dorset, U.K.
Alison is extensively involved in SCMR and CMR education nationally and internationally. She was the technologist representative on the Board of Trustees of the Society for Cardiovascular MR and is a Fellow of the SCMR.
