Scott Flamm, MD, MBA

Dr. Scott D. Flamm is an internationally recognized leader in cardiac, and cardiovascular imaging. Dr. Flamm completed fellowship training in Cardiovascular Imaging and MRI at the University of California San Francisco. Subsequently, he completed an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Dr. Flamm is currently at SimonMed Imaging, where he serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer. Prior to joining SimonMed, Dr. Flamm held numerous leadership roles – most recently at the Cleveland Clinic, home to the world’s top-ranked heart program, where he served as Head of Cardiovascular Imaging for 17 years.

Dr. Flamm is a Fellow of the American College of Radiology, the American College of Cardiology, and the American Heart Association, and is a Master Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance. He is a Past President of the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance and was a Board Member of the North American Society of Cardiac Imaging. Dr. Flamm has authored or co-authored over 200 publications and has served on Editorial Boards for numerous scientific journals.
