I am a cardiologist and an NIH-funded researcher, in CMR, at the University of Minnesota. My research involves the clinical applications of CMR in improving the diagnosis and prognostication of patients with cardiomyopathies, including ischemic cardiomyopathy, inflammatory cardiomyopathies such as cardiac sarcoidosis, genetic cardiomyopathies such as arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, cancer treatment-related cardiomyopathy, and cardiomyopathy after heart transplantation.
